"After talking to many local agents in the area, Alex and the team at Loft Properties were the only ones we felt properly understood our home and the effort we had put into the finer detail finishes of the home. Alex valued our home based on what it was, rather than simply comparing it to a similar sized house down the road with a very different level of finish. Loft Properties may be the new kids on the block, but I can understand why they are ruffling the feathers of other agents, they are simply the best at what they do. Where many other agents will try to pressure you into taking the first deal that comes across the table so they can get paid and move on, Alex is extremely passionate about getting the deal your home deserves. At no time did we feel pressured into doing anything that wasn’t right for us. Loft Properties are changing the industry for good, and we won’t be using another agent again! Thanks again to Alex and the team at Loft Properties."

Michael and Nina

"Harman has sold 3 properties for me in the last 6 months. He’s exceeded my expectations every single time by achieving great results, all within 2-3 weeks of listing. Harman sold my Heathwood investment property even before listing it and that too at an amazing price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him because he has the gift of being able to tune in to what their clients want, no matter what their demographic."

Dr. Sid Gupta

"Awesome team, everything was easy with no hassles, communication was great, we always knew what was happening, would highly recommend Alex and the Loft Properties team."
